The Coastwise Oral History Project is being prepared for this website.....

Over  30 hours of oral history inteviews have been taped and, over the next 6 months will be edited into smaller sections, based on topics, locations, and easily downloadable size.

Coastwise member Jill Portsmouth has been instrumental in running the project, helped by many interviewers.

A sample of the intended final product is included (click here) - it is a snippet from an interview conducted by Jill with Roger Chope about fishing and prawning in the past in the Bucks Mills area.
